Mayor makes special presentation to Queen’s Award winner

The Mayor of Causeway Coast and Glens Borough Council has made a special presentation to the ATG Group in recognition of its Queen’s Award for Sustainable Development.
The Coleraine based company received the honour for its leading approach to sustainability, efforts to reduce its environmental impact and its commitment to community sustainability through its Ashes to Gold charity.
Paying tribute to their success, Alderman Fielding said: “The Queen’s Awards are the highest official awards of their kind and I was pleased to have this opportunity to hear more about their outstanding work.
“To be among only four Northern Ireland businesses to receive the Queen’s Award for Sustainability highlights the significance of their achievement and I offer everyone involved my warmest congratulations.”
ATG Group Managing Director, Mark McKinney, said: “Achieving the Queens Award for Enterprise in Sustainable Development is a real testament of the hard work of our team at ATG Group. And being recognised by Causeway Coast and Glens Borough Council is an honour for us all.
“This acknowledgement will remind us of the importance of our work in sustainable development as we continue to expand into new countries and continue the growth of the business.”
